To receive a refund, all reservations must be cancelled within 24 hrs in advance of start date of the reservation. Reservations that are cancelled due to weather can be rescheduled, based upon availability.
Yes. You may pick up your equipment anytime after 3pm the day before your first day of skiing or riding at no additional cost. Each of our stores is open from 9am to 5pm daily.
Absolutely. We want our customers to be completely satisfied.
Your ski/snowboard package will be discounted if you have your own boots. Let us know when we are setting you up with equipment that you have your own boots, and we will discount the price of your ski package accordingly. Please remember to bring at least one of your ski boots in when you get your equipment so we can fit them to the skis.
Of course. We have priced our ski and snowboard packages at the same price. This makes it very easy to exchange. No complicated price differences!
Yes we do. Helmets are included in the junior packages and are $8 a day for adults.
Yes. If there is a specific Demo ski or snowboard you are looking for and we carry it, we can have that Demo ready for you when you arrive.
You will be charged the multi-day rate automatically. You will need to return your equipment the day you do not use it and then re-rent it. Generally we just put it aside, so it’s very easy to come in and pick ut up again.
Alpine Sports does not carry lift tickets or discount coupons for any ski areas. Please contact the ski areas you plan to visit for accurate ticket information and early purchase discounts.
