At Alpine Sports, we are committed to offering fair, consistent pricing throughout the entire season. Unlike many on-mountain providers, we do not use surge pricing—our rates remain stable, transparent, and dependable no matter when you visit.

When you make a reservation with us, you can do so with confidence knowing you are receiving our best available rate, along with the highest level of service and attention.

We encourage you to compare the full experience—equipment quality, reservation discounts, included benefits, and total cost including taxes. While we may not always be the lowest price available, we believe the difference is reflected in superior equipment, a seamless experience, and a level of service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Online Reservations Discount: We offer a 20% discount on all online reservations.

MULTI-DAY

RENTAL SAVINGS

We offer built-in savings for extended rentals:

• Rent for 6 days, pay for 5
• Rent for 7 days, pay for 6
• Rent for 12 days, pay for 10

These savings are applied per individual guest and are not combined across groups.

Even during peak holiday periods, we are committed to providing a smooth, efficient experience so you can transition effortlessly from arrival to the slopes.

SEAMLESS ARRIVAL

EXPERIENCE

To enhance your first day on the mountain, we invite you to pick up your equipment the evening prior to your rental start date. Equipment may be collected anytime after 3:00 PM at no additional charge, allowing you to begin your day on the slopes without delay.

FLEXIBLE

EQUIPMENT OPTIONS

We encourage exploration and progression on the mountain. Should you wish to try different equipment – whether upgrading performance or switching between skis and a snowboard—we are pleased to accommodate.

There is no fee to exchange equipment. Any applicable rate adjustments are based solely on the selected package level. Exchanges between equivalent packages carry no additional cost.

For guests reserving demo equipment, we welcome you to request specific models and sizes in advance. We will make every effort to have your preferred equipment prepared upon arrival.

RETURNS

& ADJUSTMENTS

We kindly ask that equipment be returned the evening following your final day of use. If needed, returns are also accepted the following morning prior to 9:00 AM.

Should your plans change, we will gladly refund any unused rental days when equipment is returned early.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS

& DEPOSITS

We offer flexible booking with fully refundable deposits up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the $10 per person deposit.
