RENTAL FAQ's

What is your cancellation policy?

To receive a refund, all reservations must be cancelled within 24 hrs in advance of start date of the reservation. Reservations that are cancelled due to weather can be rescheduled, based upon availability.

Where do I pick up my equipment?

Directly from any of our Two locations. Click on “store locator” for a town map showing each of our locations.

Can we pick up our skis the day before our rental?

Yes. You may pick up your equipment anytime after 3pm the day before your first day of skiing or riding at no additional cost. Each of our stores is open from 8am to 8pm daily.

If I don't like my skis can I exchange them?

Absolutely. We want our customers to be completely satisfied.

What if I have my own boots?

Your ski/snowboard package will be discounted if you have your own boots. Let us know when we are setting you up with equipment that you have your own boots, and we will discount the price of your ski package accordingly. Please remember to bring at least one of your ski boots in when you get your equipment so we can fit them to the skis.

Can I exchange my ski rental for a snowboard rental?

Of course. We have priced our ski and snowboard packages at the same price. This makes it very easy to exchange. No complicated price differences!

Do you have large ski boots?

We sure do. Up to a size 15.

Do you carry parabolic skis?

Yes we do. That’s all we rent in all our packages.

Do you rent helmets?

Yes we do. Helmets are included in the junior packages and are $10 a day for adults.

Can I return my skis early?

Yes you can. We will refund you for any unused days. Gear must be returned by 9am the day it wasn’t used, for a refund.

Can I reserve a specific ski?

Yes.  If there is a specific Demo ski or snowboard you are looking for and we carry it, we can have that Demo ready for you when you arrive.

If we want to take a day off during our week ski package, how can we do that?

You will be charged the multi-day rate automatically. You will need to return your equipment the day you do not use it and then re-rent it.

Does Alpine Sports sell lift tickets?

Alpine Sports does not carry lift tickets or discount coupons for any ski areas.  Please contact the ski areas you plan to visit for accurate ticket information and early purchase discounts.
